If you cancel a confirmed project before work has begun, you are entitled to a full refund of any amount paid. To cancel, email hello@draftcore.co.uk as soon as possible.
If work has already commenced, a proportionate fee will apply based on the work completed to date. We will notify you of any amount due and will not charge more than the originally agreed fee.
One round of light revisions is included with every project. This covers amendments to structure, terminology, and specific clauses based on your feedback. Revisions must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
Substantial re-drafts, significant scope changes, or revisions requested outside the 7-day window are treated as a new project and quoted separately.
If you are not satisfied with the quality of a delivered draft, please contact us at hello@draftcore.co.uk within 7 days of delivery. We will review your feedback and either revise the draft or, at our discretion, issue a partial or full refund.
Refunds are not available on the basis that the draft requires further solicitor review or amendment — this is the expected and standard position for all DraftCore work.
Email hello@draftcore.co.uk with the subject "Refund Request" and include your project reference and reason. We will respond within 2 business days.
